*Take large green or yellow Jalapeno peppers. * Cut a small trap-door into side of pepper, 1" long, 3/4" wide. *scape out seeds *stuff with a mixture of mexican blended/ shredded cheese and blue cheese crumbles. *Replace "trap door" *Wrap with 1 pc. thin sliced, quality bacon.(covering the door) *Pin bacon through door with (2) wood toothpicks, (soak 1st in water 15 min. to help keep from burning) *Grill on BBQ until bacon is done. *Remove and let cool 10 min. *Have ICE Cold beer and open & standing by. *Get after that pepper and enjoy!
