Shocks are the first item riders look at to improve there Quads ride. Here's a few more I am using.
1) Works shocks- Front = Triples with Resevoirs. Rear= Ultracross with resevoir. They have compression and rebound settings Dialed in for my Quad= +6" swingarm, +3" Aarms, my weight, set up for the Oregon Dunes.
2) +2" anti vibe steering stem ( +2" so I can use the shorter motocross handle bars and keep the height stock)
3) FAT handle bars ( thicker at the clamp area and taper to the grips)
4) Gripper seat cover ( By Cascade Innovations , Boring Oregon)
5) Summer seat = extra padding in the seat ( By Cascade Innovations Also)
6) Winter seat = My spare seat for the rough winter sand on my Banshee has a special order Desert Seat Foam Pad from CEET Racing. It Almost doubles the thickness of the stock Banshee seat. Cascade Innovations ( George) installed it with a seat cover matching my summer seat.
7) IMS foot pegs with kick up. Wider than stock , spreading the weight out = less fatigue

8 x 8 rims, the perception is the taller side wall softens some off the bumps compared with the 10 x 10 rear rims.
Another item I use in January is some handle bar mittens by QuadBoss. They velcro over the handle bars on each side. Slide your hands in and go ride in the coldest temps and wind chill. A good set of PVC rain gear will keep your body warm too.
