Temporary Insandity now has 3 ASI safety instructors. We are proud to offer special training packages for TI members. Contact Wendy Baker at 541-840-2387 to schedule your class for yourself, family and friends. We know that with senate bill 101 all of us will be having to do this at some point soon.

Remember, hands on training will only be required for those under 16 years of age under SB 101. Those 16 and older will have to take an on-line course similar to the boating test. However, it is a excellent program and even those of us that are seasoned riders will learn a thing or two from this hands on class. If you purchase a brand new ATV from Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, Arctic Cat or Can-Am that Vin # on the bike is good for free ASI safety training to all family members. So if you buy a new bike for yourself then you ,your wife and your kids can take the training course for free. And take the course on a different ATV then the one purchased. So if you wife gets your old trusty ATV or you just purchased a used mini for the kids, go get the free training for everyone.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a disillusioned, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

I was a seasoned rider before the last trip where I'm sure I was on the sand as much as in the seat.

so...is that a mandatory course for those over 16 or is it optional, i thought all you had to have was a valid drivers license?

Not after the SB 101 goes into affect. Yes you will have to take an on-line test.
