Service needed again
« on: May 14, 2008, 06:28:06 AM »

My Warrior is back in the shop again for service. It just getting frustrating having to service it all the time. Lots of little things like the wheel wells separating from the body, moulding coming detached outside, the kitchen faucet having no water pressure, Tanks sagging underneath. Can't these manufactures put some pride into there workmanship and give us a decent product for the money???

nope.  They won't.
They sell them like cheeseburgers to a fat lady.  Eveyone wants one and they are being sold so fast which means they need to be produced FAST.
When that happens quality of workmanship sinks faster than the Titanic!

Always purchase the extended warranty on a new trailer.  They are not built to the quality of a home.

You should go into building high end trailers like your homes. You have the experience and I have seen some of your floor plans. Having someone who cares about their work would make a difference.

Our wonderful T.I. sponsor gave me the full 7 year warranty just because they liked me!

That's an unbelievable warranty. That is soo cool. I thought 2 years was a leap and bound above the rest.

I think its Weekend Warriors  they are crap I had mine before my trailer now and it was the biggest piece of S***! I have a couple friends who have them and they are Warriors are always in the shop. They are like buying a pair of Nike's you are just paying for the name not the product.

We need to be more adult like on this forum. Yes I'm a little upset with the service that has to be done, HOWEVER, I think that all manufactures have their problems. The important thing is how well they stand behind you and take care of the problem, Which they and Central Point RV is doing.
