I honestly think anybody older than 17 should have sense enough to put on a helmet without the law telling them to.  But / we watched rider after rider this last week-end not wearing one.

Did you see the MORON with an infant in a carrier on his chest as he was riding through the whoops. It's the @ssholes like that who give us a bad name.

No I did not - but I did see somebody with two little ones in the back of a utility vehicle.  They were seat belted but no helmets.  I just thought it that rolls it's all over...

If the sheriffs up here in Winchester Bay see dummys that ride with babys on there backs, they get automatic tickets. And big ones to.

Me too / I think if an adult (so called) decides to risk riding without a helmet - that's his choice - but the little guys have to have somebody looking out for them.  It's like the ol' saying "it's all fun and games until somebody gets an eye put out".  I just think with a little common sense a lot less people would get hurt.
