I am not sure when the presentation was compiled for use, but you can see the data is extremely old (1998-2000).
The problem everyone is having is getting up to date accurate information.

What is does represent DJ, is what the anti-atv movement uses to get the sport regulated to death.  They do not seem to want to investigate the real reasons for injuries.  Therefore, finding real solutions that allow everyone to ride and be safe.  They have no vested interest other than to make ATV's go away.
