Has anyone tried this?  Are there hidden treasures in the Oregon Dunes?
I have read articles about it in Sand Sports Magazine and it looks like a lot of fun.  If there are areas around this would be fun to do as a club activity.

I have done some caching. It is a lot of fun, all you need is a GPS and register at  http://www.geocaching.com/. after you are all signed up you can search the area you are going to and download any caches to your GPS and go out and find them. You will very surprised how many caches are around. I know there are a lot up in the Prospect riding area. Maybe next year we can put something together and ride up there.

Thanks for the info BigAl74.
Who else out there would be interested in a Club Geocaching Event?
It sounds like great family fun.
