Always plugged in

I keep my trailer plugged in all the time. I have a 2007 Weekend Warrior FSW3200. The question is if I use the 12v dis-connect and dis connect the 12v, will it stop charging the 2 6v batteries that I use so They don't get overcharged? Any help is appreciated

If you check them once a month and make sure there is water in them they will be fine, they dry up pretty easy. Are they Trojans?
