I'm going to get jr. a new mini. Right now I'm leaning on the 06 Poloris Preditor 90. Do you think this is it, or is there something better in this same price range.
PS. he is asking if this would beat a raptor 80?

I don't know if it will beat a Raptor 80 or not but Toad, our administrator has a Polaris 90 that he bought for his daughter a couple of years ago. He really likes it, so does his daughter. Pretty powerful little bike.

I contacted our Cool new Portland sponsor (TRD Innovations) and Jason (the owner) set us up with a Extreme 90.
7 inches of travel with double A arms, Hydraulic disc brakes all the way around, 42" wide, and we are having him put the pin in the tranny for an optional 4th gear. This thing will kick butt. (the boy will also). We will be picking it up at Dune Fest.

IT IS SWEET!!!!! It has resi shocks with full compression and rebound damping, hydraulic disc brakes all the way around, full race pipe,7" of travel and is as wide as our Z400's. We had the 4th gear option installed and a K&N filter is on order for it.

Nick was talking about it yesterday when I picked up the 250ex. He says it is really cool and very fast for a 90cc. They should be having some set up on the showroom floor at Medford Powersports soon.

Jason Day (from TRD INOVATIONS) came down to Dunefest this last week and helped us out with the new mini. At first I was a little disappointed with it lugging, and getting buried. After Jason was done with it, It flat out screams. Yoshi exhaust, K&N filter, carb work, re geared and some suspension settings were changed along with front sand stars. Garrett asked a guy on a banshee (who was really checking this thing out) if he wanted to race, The guy was so scared of it, he offered Garrett some cookies not to make him do it.  |
