What to do???

My 11 year old son (Tyler) is an excellent rider. He has a 2000 300ex honda with a full Yoshimura pipe, K&N filter, Jet kit, and regeared. He is out riding this quad and likes to ride mine and my wifes modded Z400's. Yesterday I was at the honda dealer and they had a 450r(new 05) for $5,600. I told him he could have it if he could start it. He could not get it. (that was a long ride home.) What would you do??? I already know I could spend $500.00 more and get the goki starter for it, but I think he should be able to start the bike he ownes without us haveing to mod it for him.

well, he is going to outgrow that 300ex very soon, if he hasn't already........and you may not be able to get the deal later on......you may want to look at upping his bike and letting him get used to the new bike and power early may help in the long run...........these new 450's (no matte what brand) are some of the best bikes out there....stock they are good..........then you modify them........WOW! Shocked

just my thoughts.......
