I was thinking about painting the floor of our enclosed trailer with this bed liner paint.  Does it work on plywood floors?

Anybody know anything about this?

I thought I'd (if reasonable) paint the floor and up 12" on the sidewalls, then I could hose it out?

That is a VERY good question!!

I am going to follow this thread to find out what everyone has to say about this.   I tohught I'd heard about others doing this to their trailers, but its been a long time, so I am not positive about this.

It DOES sound like an attractive idea IF (like you mentioned) it is financially feasible.

If its around 500 bucks to coat a truck bed, maybe 1000 bucks to do a 20 ft trailer?? Huh

I will - I know you can buy similar products and apply yourself - but haven't tried it before.

No doubt about that VP

I just got off the phone with Mark at Line X

And remember this is just a (I haven't seen it) estamate.

Trailer 8-1/2 x 20' + 1' up the sidewall + ramp = $1850.00

I don't think that's a bad price / but I'll probably try to cost out the DIY  version 1rst.

Me too.
Wal-Mart 15.77 per gallon Spray or roll on - I couldn't read the spread rate.  It was probably on it but the print was tiny - I literally could not read it. LOL...
I'd bet 3 gallons max, uh thats about 48.00 bucks.  Probably not as good as Lin-x but a whole lot less money.

Well, even if you did 3-4 coats total, I'd think that'd be what??  Maybe 15 gal or so max??

Just make sure that floor is spotless before putting that stuff down!!
I think my friend used acetone, or degreaser or something to that nature....
