A HOT TICKET for camping in Houser
« on: April 05, 2006, 08:59:02 PM »

We(The Myrtle shop) are still trying to get everything organized and up and running, so there may be some changes, but here is what we have so far.  We currently have The Myrtlewood Factory Showroom.  We are working on opening Tigers Motorsports, which will have quads, buggies, and accessories.  We are also working  on ATV rentals.  We will probably call our entire complex Hauser Motorplex.  We have been permitted for 86 RV spaces.  We are still in the process of getting lines painted for our spaces, but in the meantime we allow people to park any where on the outer parameter of our parking lot.  We are permitted for dry camping only, so you must be self contained (Sorry no tents).  We have a carry-in-carry -out policy, please clean up after yourselves.  We do first come first serve, but we will take reservations with a full nonrefundable deposit.  We charge $20.00 per night, $5.00 for extra vehicles, and $5.00 for day use.  Our address is 68752 Hauser Depot Rd. North Bend Or.  We are 4 Miles north of the big green North Bend bridge off of Hwy. 101.  You can reach us at 1-877-755-2220, 541-756-2220, or 541-756-2582.

I first I read this and it said "we" are still trying to get up and running..............

I thought this was "TI" thing.................as I continued to read, i understand now it is the myrtle shop.  kind of misleading in the beginning........you might want to put something before that post on what you are talking about there, so nobody else gets confused!

Sounds like a good place to camp. If the Fullbore house is too full or noisy. LOL.

The Fullbore house he was referring to is the House owned by the guys from Fullbore.  It is in between Coos Bay & Winchester.  Many a party has been held there..........especially around the holiday weekends.........

If you are standing at the Fullbore house, you can throw a rock and hit the pavement in the new Myrtlewood factory parking lot.  When turning off highway 101 at Hauser, on your right is a hill. Well Fullbore's house is on top of that hill. To access there house by vehicle, you have to turn at the KOA exit and then turn left. That takes you up that hill to Fullbores house along with UPP's house. There side by side. Thats getting to be "Party central".

I'am not positive about the dance pole but they have a yeagermister despincer there.  They bet my son a new set of Fullbore Banshee plastice of his choice that he couldn't drink a fifth of yeager in 30 minutes.  Fullbore lost.

We are not making the trip to hauser this weekend. Cry  We just have not got the work done on the rental house, and it needs to get done.  The place needs to get rented.  If we were riding this weekend, it would push back the work even farther.  Sorry to all............

We shall see you all soon!

We staged at the factory's parking lot Friday. It will be great when the new road is in use in 2 weeks. A lot less asphalt to deal with.
