My sensor has also been going off, but only when the trailer was closed up. I opened a couple windows and two celing vents, and that stopped it. I als just disconnect the 12V when I have to close it up tight.

I too had the same problem. I called WW and they told me that because my coach had the fiberglass sides, the fumes from the glue that is trapped inside the walls would cause the sensor to activate. Their solution was to remove the sensor and silicone the holes on the back side. I did this and found that it did help, but every now and then the sensor still goes off. So it's not a complete fix, but does make a difference.

I had the same thing in my Desert Fox. When did yours go off, mine went off about 2am three feet from my ear. That was not a fun way to wakeup. I still need to get it fixed before the next trip.

I have had 2 new haulers, a Tahoe 25 foot and now a Sandpiper 32 foot 5th wheel and both of them the sensors go off for no reason. In the mjiddle of the night and during the day, and especially when the wife does dinner. I can tell you how to fix them.
Its simple. DISCONNECT IT. In fact, I disconnected all of mine. After I have used my trailer several times, I figure that everything works really well. The factory has to put those stupid thing in all trailers because of the propane. I just disconnect one of the wires going to each of them. Thats all. No more problems.

Mine would go off in the middle of the day only in the summer. I called warrior and they said it was the glue in the wall. They sent me a new sensor and no more problems.

I have had a Fleetwood and now a Tahoe, both of them had the same issues. I called the manufacturers on both trailers, and got the same result. Maybe the CO sensor should be a dealer installed item, this would give the glue a little more time to cook off before fouling the sensors.
