Timbrens And Pictures
« on: February 23, 2006, 06:24:41 AM »

I have been doing research for about 6 months now and have just ordered a pair of Timbrens for the rear of my p/u. They look to carry more weight than air bags without having to maintain them, they work automatically, nothing to blow out and seem to be the perfect answer to towing or hauling heavy loads. They are also a new SPONSOR of our club. Check them out at www.timbren.com an see what they can do for you.

the Timbrens are on and they work great. I had to hook up the trailer as soon as I got this done. They are wonderful, I love them.

That sounds great, but I have an 8 inch lift on my truck, do you know if they will work on mine as well?

I will take some soon for ya DJ, They only took about 15 min to install. REAL simple. no diffrence in ride empty, truck only sags about 3/4 inch then timbrens hit and stop it from sagging any more. Nice ride and very easy process.

Well, After the first trip with the Timbrens I have got to say that I love them. No headlight flashes, my lights stay on the ground, and the ride is Awsome. I must say that they do exactley as they say and are 100% TemporaryInsandity approved.  Grin

Pat, is there any way you can get us a picture of them. I might just take another look at them.  I guess that I am kinda stubborn cause I have been hauling and pulling big loads all my life and I don't really think that I need any help on my truck when I pull my 5th wheel. But, I might be wrong.  When I hook up to the trailer, it only sets the truck down about 4 inches.
