Members Meeting to discuss upcoming club events

When and where would be a good time to have an members meeting for all to meet and have a good time. Also would like to discuss events for the club to do for its members. Any ideas would be great.

Any pizza joint with a separate room would work good. I've held club meeting at the Phoenix Angelo's they separate room, and lots of differant choices for food. I'm not sure where every one is located so I'm not sure if its to out of the way or not. As for time I have no clue with the new one on the way and the other two in sports its hard to pick a time. Were you thinking weekend, or weekday evening, and how soon? Lets just start kicking some dates and times around and see what we can come up with, and I will make sure to be there.

Hey VP, as you know I am a ways away, however, if is on a weekend I may be able to make it, maybe schedule my truck for my bedliner on the same day and make one big saturday out of it.  Coming from the coast, it can be hard to plan for stuff like this..........keep me posted.

I will through out the first date!  Mar 4th is the next saturday I have available!  Kind of far off..........

Let's plan it for March 4th. We will do it at Angelo's Pizza in Medford. Pat(the owner) said he will sponsor our meetings in some way shape of form.

Any more news on the members meeting? What time on the 4th would be good for you? Dune Junkie are you going to head home that night or on Sunday? It looks like it will just be me and my son coming my wife has family coming in to town for the weekend.

any other date would work, My wife has a partylight candle party thing going on, Anyone is welcome to come to that if they wish, It's a co-ed thing with a Mexican style potluck including Mexican beer and tequila. I should be clear for most other dates for our members meeting.

Any time in March should work for us it's in between sports for the kids, so that will make it easer for me. When is the next time that Dune Junkie can make it over?

Let's get this meeting back on the table, We have a lot of things coming up this year, Dunefest,Rides,Off road and RV show, etc. When is a good time to get together and where?? I'm open.

Not really sure, we are going to come over and visit some family, in the morning, so, it would be best to meet up around 5 pm somewhere.........medford area works best for us!

I have to go to coos bay on Friday to pick up the YFZ.  If everything goes BAD, i will have to go up on saturday, which means, no medford trip..............
