Finally, after 18 months I found the right dealer with the right level of customer service and the right price!

A perfect buying experience!

If anyone in NorCal wants a Rage'n or Raptor or Attitude, you need to check out www.rvjoes.com in Santa Rosa. Check with Matt or Joe and tell 'em 2Blue sent-cha! The most comfortable buying experience I have had in YEARS!

I wish I found them a year ago!

BTW a bought an '06 Rage'n Falcon 305 5th wheel... AWESOME RIG!!!

I know the feeling when you find the perfect rig at the perfect dealership! Just bought an '06 billet fs3000 weekend warrior at Great Outdoors in White City, OR. I've been thinking about getting one for years and am so glad I finally did. Congrats on your new rig and hope to see ya at the dunes sometime!

I had a new ragen, half of my first year of ownership was spent getting fixed.  Nothing like water damage and the slowest repairs in the world.

My first toyhauler, I purchased it at M&L trailer sales in Roseburg. I bought a 25 foot Tahoe Transport.  I had only one thing that happened to it, The dang CD player wouldn't work. I had that trailer for 4 years and when I traded it off, it was still like new. I traded it in on a 32 foor Sandpiper Sport 5th wheel. Before I got it home the right side couch pulled away from the wall. Well I thought about it for a day and thought why should I haul it clear back to Eugene to RV Corral for them to just screw it back into the wall. And I knew that it would pull away again. So I decided to fix it myself. The job that I done was perfect. I only put one of the couches back in, then we went and bought 2 small recliners to put in the back. Along with that, we bought a 27 inch TV to. We already have a satalight system at home, so all we had to do was buy another decoder and dish. It is perfect for us. That is the only thing that has happened to our trailer, course we have only owned it for just a year to.

I think alot of the way it's taken care of is the dealer, Not Rage'n. The dealer is most likely the one chooseing to put things off and not do it right.

I agree with you there. I do have to say that I did have something else go wrong with my new trailer.  The one thing that I don't like the most is the outside speakers. They used marine speakers on the outside of the trailer. Well when I got it home and was playing around with it, I noticed that one of the speakers wasn't working very good. I called the dealer and told them, and they refered me to the factory. I thought that this was really screwed up. They should have taken care of me. I called the factory up in Portland and had them send it to me and I will install it myself. They wanted me to take the trailer clear back to Eugene just for that.  I thought that the dealer was wrong there.

after the sale is made the dealerships these days think, Ok sold!  no big deal!

They totally forget that small things do go wrong, and SOMEBODY has to fix things.  I think that phone calls after the sale, and customer service go a long way in my book.  I am not saying its the dealerships fault that something is broken (they don't build them, they just sell them), however, they SHOULD be bending over backwords to help you get it fixed right!

That goes a long way in my book to recommend to my friends to spend their hard earned $ at an rv dealer.

AGREED with 100%. That's why we have the great outdoors as our title sponsor. They take care of you after the sale just like if you were on the lot looking to buy something. They try really hard to make sure you are always happy with the trailer.

How is Great Outdoors with service? I just bought my 2007 Warrior from Great Outdoors and the sink is leaking bad and already warped some of the wood on kitchen cabinet.
