It depends on the dates you want to make your rsvp for. From the reserveusa sites: 1. Individual Campsites (reserve up to 240 days in advance) |

With a response like that it seems as though you work for them, Are you moonlighting??
I had a buddy try to make reservation and it said not available. He just went to the site and nobody was there. The camp host told him that they only take reseverations certain times of the year.

I copied it from the F.A.Q. page from the reserveusa site. I believe what the ranger person is telling him is that the rsvp times for those areas like sand camping and the state campgrounds is from memorial day weekend to labor day weekend,
that is what I think, I am not positive
