I can't wait! I feel like Scrooge saying this but I wish Christmas would just hurry up and be over so it can be January already...

Me too falloutboy, December is Blacked out for me at work , pretty much work 24/7 till Jan 1st. I love the Sand at Winchester in January and February, days are sunny and  Superman is really steep and tall. Love hill climbing then.

I'm trying drum up some enthusiasm to get an MX style race for 3-wheelers going at sandfest. I know a few of you have 3-wheelers and I think it would be awesome if we could get out on the track and do some old school racing! The more people I can get to be excited about this idea, I think it will be easier to get the Sandfest committee to change their minds and offer an MX style race for us trikers.

The big things that I know they are worried about is people commiting to participate and having volunteers to run the show.

So what do you think? Let the trike races begin!

Hey there Falloutboy,

It can't hurt to ask.  I know last year they had a small 3 wheel race - but more of a fun thing.
The Sandfest People - don't actually put on the races - but I will ask the questions and see where it goes!!

And yes, I will be looking for people to help out this year at Sandfest with our events.
The Mens and Womens barrel races
Kids treasure hunt
Adult / Kid relays
ETC.

Sand Flicker-

Finally someone that seems to share my enthusiasm! I heard about the 3 wheeler stuff last year, but I guess it never happened. There's a guy in Medford that said he'd be in if the races were to happen...

I'd love to help with something. Feel free to put me down wherever you need a hand.

My only thing is on mondays, wednesdays and fridays I'm not available until after 12 or 1 pm.

Anybody getting excited for this?! I met some friends at boxcar this weekend and they were working on graveling the main area and were smoothing out boxcar hill and putting up the orange fence...
