Plans for the fall/ winter
« on: October 26, 2010, 11:33:26 PM »

Things have been too quiet around here lately, so I figured some needs to do a few e-brodys (bad pun  Roll Eyes ) and stir up the dust

So now that the end of the year is inching closer with every drop of rain (or snow in some parts) What does everyone have planned to keep yourself busy?

Halloween? Thanksgiving? Christmas? New Years?

Basically, I've got a couple Halloween parties this weekend, I'll be sure to post pics of my costume.
I'm not sure whats up for thanksgiving other than I heard something about a Windy Bay ride going on that weekend. Christmas and New Years are still up in the air.

At some point this winter my brother is planning on rebuilding his atc350x from the ground up. Plans include new billet bearing carrier, fresh powdercoat and paint, new plastic tank, and chain and sprockets. This thing should really shine when it's done.

I would also like to get some more clean up done on my 250r. I just finished the handle bars today. I repainted them the storm gray color that Honda paint the 86 250r engines. also I put on new blue grips and shined up the aluminum..

QUAD projects for winter
The Black Banshee may get torn down and everything powder coated or put a cheetah cub cylinder on the top end and add some CPI pipes with Cascade silencers . I really like how the Banshee motors turn out Decking a 7mm cylinder to run on a 4mm crank. power and torque is great.  So probably do that again. And a different Grab Bar.

The 96 Blaster will get a + 3 " swing arm ,  maybe some shocks. And put a standard twist throttle on it or go back to a thumb throttle so everyone can ride it .
Blue Banshee may get CPI pipes this year , the T-5s have been fun but........more power/RPM is good right? LOL Miss having them on that Banshee.
The 02 Blaster may get shocks.
Sure like the sound of Thanksgiving Ride on the coast.
December is my busiest time of year at work so it will Be January before I get back to Windy Bay, but its my favorite time of the year there the dunes are steepest on the north side and I love running up superman then. February too.
