Has anyone used the www.powerbalance.com bracelet? It's amazing what it can do for you and riding. No where near the soreness after, More energy and flexibility, not to mention the strength. I along with several others have tried this and the thing works. Check them out and go to the Jackson county fairgrounds next weekend for a demo and to get yourself one at an unbeatable price.
