DECIBELS CHART and what passes = 93 db

Here is a chart posted by the US Forest Service at the Winchester Bay Oregon staging area kiosk. Click on this link .
It shows what SILENCERS PASS,  MEET or FAIL in the ODNRA.

ORIGIN OF DATA;
HOW DID THEY DO THIS   =   SOUND CHECKS .  From what I read in the following link, "sound checks" made out on the dunes with actual motor/silencer combos. They list the number of units tested for some silencers.

 So what were the sound levels off of. A four stroke, two stroke a quad or dirt bike.
