Sorry about that Pat - I linked the post from the Calendar - so well you know.

The date is February 6th - which is a Saturday - Hopefully the weather will be nice!

Snow day has moved to January 30th - Saturday - My bad I told some people the wrong date - they're driving down from Salem - so the date is now changed.

So what did we learn from Snow Day??

There is a good reason I'm called Dune Dude:  Snow and Dune Dude don't mix.  Not even there yet and I get stuck!  #&^%@&$. Angry   If only I could read signs and follow simple driving directions.  Not all was lost.  I also, managed to get Sandflicker stuck. Roll Eyes   Apparently, he would follow me off a cliff.  I guess I know who my friends are.

Alan and Mike had a great laugh!  And a few pics of DD's snow navigating prowess.

Jordy likes to throw snow balls at people much larger than her!  I get her back.. Wink

Don't let the women roast the Hot Dogs.  They seem way to fascinated with them.

Kids like snow!  A lot!

Dune Kid was trying his best to earn a walking trip home.  He and his mom had a MMA moment that left many a  undergarment wet and cold.  I think mom might loose her 2nd ranking soon.  All that is left is a shot at title.  I can still take him.

Lil Kim and family came down from Salem.  We got to meet Jenny for the first time.  That was cool.

Mike knows how to start a fire! Shocked

SandFlicker always gears up for protection while sledding.  He was so special..

Colton wears sneakers in the snow.  Not a good plan.

Everyone had a great time.  We can't wait for next year.

DD

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a disillusioned,
illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream
media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to
