Hmmmmmmm, club needs "STIMULUS " money. The Club  will run the west coast Sand Research project from there.
Members will be research specialist, spending long hours in the field studying how sand reacts to paddle contact. The lead rider will be responsible for demonstrating proper roost control for those following and studying the nature of different density's of the sand as well as determining what size  sand granules fly the farthest. This will be acchieved by cleaning the Quads and jerseys at rides end.

that would be so awesome...............there are a few things I would change about the place but not much.  Plus, that building is big enough I bet you could do inside toyhauler storage in the winter time too.

I inquired about the property a couple of years ago.  At that time they were asking $5 Million.....holy cow, what a difference!!!
