Ride Till you're wet

Houser the day after Turkey day
« on: December 02, 2008, 06:40:09 PM »

We'll be heading out to Murtlewood Friday after Thanksgiving and staying for the week end.
I've been too long away from the Sand.

What a great time we had!  The weather was absolutely great, the quad riding was absolutely great and the camp was positively great too.  How much more could you ask for?
The Myrtewood factory where we stayed was absolutely packed with sand riders, but we saw no one being loud or bothering anybody, everyone was just having a great time from what we saw.
The sand was rough, and the tide was high, but the weather was gorgeous.  Wish you could have all been there!

Sounds like a great time, we thought about going . Any Pictures?
Weather was a factor for us. Sure saw alot of people traveling to the dunes on I-5 that weekend.
Very cold here in the valley today , wish I was at the coast riding today.
Putting together another Banshee, I hope to have it together before the next ride. Still have a bunch to do on it. Collected enough parts , decided to put a spare quad together . Plus 4" swing arm , lonestar axle, plus 2" a arms, 4mm long rod, Dune ported cylinders, 35mm pkw, sst pipes.
whats every one else been up to?

Strangely not a picture did we take this time out - seemed busy the whole time.  But it was sad coming back over the hill and running into the cold fog and gloom.  Jeanne - wanted to turn around and not come home at all!
